We are pleased to inform you that the CE cape bargaining team and the TBS bargaining team met today to sign the recently ratified new collective agreement for the EC group. As of today, the new provisions will apply, with the usual exception of remuneration. Please note that special provisions have been negotiated during the current cycle to address the issue of implementing retroactive compensation and adjusting salary scales. » Manages supervisors and subordinate managers, recruits and selects staff, organizes employment, defines work responsibility and responsibilities, sets work objectives and ensures their achievement; Mentors and collaborating coaches, prepare and discuss annual performance evaluations with individual employees, take disciplinary action, promote a culture of continuous learning, provide training and development opportunities and, through their own actions, promote and manifest the values of the department`s company. The work also includes the allocation of budgets and the management and evaluation of the activities of the multidisciplinary negotiating teams, the definition of priorities and work objectives, as well as the definition of required skills, as well as the negotiation of claims, contracts, self-management arrangements in the geographical area and associated policy research. In addition, the work includes the analysis and control of expenditures to ensure efficient use of budgeted appropriations, to anticipate financial problems and to take corrective action. It also includes tracking monthly expenses against planned objectives, identifying and analyzing the causes of deviations, and recommending line object reallocations to correct variances, cover unforeseen expenses, and ensure that the unit`s work is not hampered by unnecessary financial constraints. Communication skills are needed to encourage cooperation with stakeholders and gain approval.
